Unable to finish circuit panel installation due to memory problems. He left multiple wires exposed along with no power to 3 areas to house and said that I had to have another electrician finish the work because direct quote from his email to me "Sorry to bale on you but I am am actually going to stop doing electrical work. Not even sure if I will go to class before July 31 to continue my license for another 3 years just as an insurance play. Maybe 80years old is enough." He was late to install acourding to him due to fire that occurred with new light he installed at another job and was dealing with the fire department. Don't hire if you value a safe electrical install if he is still taking jobs.
