The service is consistently quick and friendly. My car has over 220,000 miles on it and I credit the regular service I get here with that long life for my car.
We scheduled both of our cars for service. First the 2012 Lincoln MKZ. They did "the works" as requested and called to let us know of two recommended services. There was no pressure to do the service immediately, but since it was a convenient time we went ahead and got it done. The car was ready and complete, so we dropped off the 2015 Fusion for its service. It took a little longer, they had to get a part in, but it was done completely in a reasonable time. All in all, we spent more than we planned, but figure it was worth it for the preventative service to keep both cars in good shape for the long haul. No complaints here.
